Canterbury Earthquake Rebuild
Lumley Insurance Rebuild Projects. Inspect EQ damaged properties designated for rebuild. Compile scope of works and provide pricing for a complete Rebuild. Manage client and insurance directed variations during construction. Provide final account subsequent to completion of construction works.
The Governor General’s formal residence in the Capital. Heritage category one building. This project presented a multitude of challenges and required close involvement with the project team including Structural Engineer, Services Engineer, Heritage Architect and client representative.
New standalone school block construction. QS duties included pre-contract negotiations, sub contractor engagement and administration. Onsite monitoring of construction works. Regular submission of payment claims and variation submissions. Final account negotiation with client.
